LAMB
Sheep meat, called lamb or mutton depending on the region, is consumed in lower quantities than beef, pork, or poultry. Not to be confused with goat meat, the two are sometimes used interchangeably for certain dishes, despite the difference in taste. Goat meat is also available by special order.
